Shipping

If goods you have ordered are out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. Your payment will be immediately refunded to your credit card or paypal.

Cancellation & Return

If your product is defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window (21 days). Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or returned outside of the return delivery window stated above.

Claimants must comply with these Terms & Conditions for a coupon to be valid.

(04) Each coupon is valid for a limited time period only and expires on the date specified.

Refund Policy

When an item returned, the refund and the method of refund may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you have had the item and how the item was purchased.

You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you the receipt of returned item and immediately notify on the status of the refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Taxes & Duties

Most of the time you do not need to pay any extra duties on customs as it will deliver to your doorstep.

In case of any hold in customs you may need to pay customs or import duties on your order, once it reaches your homeland. These charges are out of our control and we have no way of predicting what they may be. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
