Cancellation & Return

If your product is defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window (21 days). Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.

Refund Policy

When an item returned, the refund and the method of refund may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you have had the item and how the item was purchased.

You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you the receipt of returned item and immediately notify on the status of the refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (original method of payment).
